We happened upon Artists Point totally by accident. It was our first trip to Yellowstone and we really didn't have much of a plan. We drove from parking lot to parking lot astonished at all the beauty of the landscape and wildlife. It was a hot day in the park in mid-July and we almost didn't walk to this end of the walkway...but I was so glad we did. I could marvel at the beauty of Artists Point all day long. What a view!!
